Privacy Policy

Sazstar helps local businesses collect Google reviews from their customers. This page describes what data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Business owner data: name, email, phone, business name, business category, Google Place ID, billing details.
• Customer-facing review page data: star rating, scan time, anonymous device fingerprint for rate-limiting. We do not require customers to log in.
• Private feedback: the message, optionally the customer's name and contact, if they choose to share. This data belongs to the business.

How we use it

• To operate the review collection service for the business owner.
• To generate AI-written review suggestions, which the customer chooses to use or not.
• To send transactional notifications (e.g. private feedback alerts) to the business owner.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.
• We do not post reviews on anyone's behalf. Customers always paste and post the review themselves on Google.
• We do not send marketing messages to customers without explicit, opt-in consent collected by the business.

Data retention

Review and scan data is retained for as long as the business has an active account. On account deletion, all related data is deleted within 30 days.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@sazstar.com. We comply with India's DPDP Act and the EU GDPR for users in those jurisdictions.
