Refund Policy

Free plan

The Free plan is, well, free. Nothing to refund.

Paid plans

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on the first payment of any paid plan. If you're not satisfied within the first week, email support@sazstar.com and we'll refund your subscription in full.

Renewals

After the first week, paid subscriptions renew on the same date each month. Cancellations stop the next renewal but do not refund a renewal that has already been billed.

Hardware (NFC stands)

Physical NFC stands are non-refundable once shipped. If a stand arrives defective, contact support within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
