By using Sazstar you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Service

Sazstar provides QR-based review collection, AI-generated review suggestions, and analytics for local businesses. The service does not post reviews to Google on anyone's behalf — customers always paste and submit the review themselves on Google.

Acceptable use

• You must comply with Google's Review Policies, including no review-gating, no fake reviews, and no incentivized reviews.
• You may not use the service to harass, defame, or solicit reviews from people who did not interact with your business.
• You are responsible for the lawful collection of any customer contact details captured through the private feedback form.

AI-generated content

Review suggestions are generated by AI. You and your customers are solely responsible for the content actually posted. We make no warranty that AI suggestions are accurate, factual, or appropriate for any specific situation.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the dashboard. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or Google's policies. On termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sazstar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
